Nicely updated high ranch bungalow…
Cathy’s philosophy about business is simple. Do the right thing, be honest, work extremely hard with your clients best interest at heart and the results will be win-win for everyone.
The road that led Cathy to real estate includes a business degree from the University of Ottawa, several administrative jobs, a wonderfully rewarding period as a stay at home mom and a sales position at The Orleans Star Newspaper where she met James Locke and decided on the spot to get her real estate license. That was 15 busy and very successful years ago. One of the best decisions of her life!
Cathy loves dealing with first time home buyers because she feels such an obligation to make sure they make the wisest decisions possible. She treats them the way she would want someone treating her adult children.
She also has a real soft spot for seniors. People tell her she is very thorough but patient, never rushing them to make a decision if they aren’t ready. She gently guides them to make the perfect choices. “We often work with people on such a personal level as they are transitioning through life’s different stages and it is such a privilege to be part of that. My husband always marvels at the touching thank you notes and emails I often receive. It is so rewarding.” she states.
Cathy is a longtime volunteer at her church, Divine Infant Parish and is actively involved in her community. She has 3 grown children; Lisa, a grade one teacher in Gloucester, Sarah a retail executive in NYC and Kevin, a buyer for Giant Tiger in Ottawa. Peter, her husband is retired and is an avid fisherman and volunteer at the Perley Veteran’s Hospital.
