Born and raised in Timmins Ontario,  Joelle moved to the Nation’s Capital in 1985 and due to her love of children, she obtained her Early Childhood Education diploma and while raising her boys, also ran a successful daycare out of her home in Orleans. As her boys got older, and coming from a “Real Estate family” Joelle decided to follow in her parents foot steps and she has been licensed since 2004 with Locke Real Estate Inc.
