Cathy’s philosophy about business is simple. Do the right thing, be honest, work extremely hard with your clients’ best interest at heart and the results will be win-win for everyone.
The road that led her to Real Estate includes a business degree from the University of Ottawa, several administrative jobs, a wonderfully rewarding period as a stay-at-home mom, and a sales position at The Orleans Star Newspaper where she met James Locke and decided on the spot to get her Real Estate license. That was 17 busy and very successful years ago. One of the best decisions of her life!
Cathy loves dealing with first-time home buyers because she feels such an obligation to make sure they make the wisest decisions possible. She treats them the way she would want someone treating her adult children. She also has a real soft spot for seniors. People tell her she is very thorough but patient, never rushing them to make a decision if they aren’t ready.
Cathy is a longtime parishioner at Divine Infant Parish and is actively involved in her community. Volunteering at St. Brother Andre School is one of her favourite extracurricular activities. She has three grown children — Lisa, Sarah, and Kevin — and her husband Peter is retired.
