Sam has been a licensed Realtor for 13 years and also has ten years experience working on a multitude of construction projects. He has managed heavy infrastructure installations as well as final small building details. This wide-range experience transcends perfectly into the real estate world and becomes significant “value added” to Sam’s clients.
Looking at homes objectively, Sam diligently looks for defects that are sometimes not observed by even qualified inspectors, so that he can prepare and represent his clients’ interests in the best way possible.
Sam has a great sense of humour and professionalism that puts people at ease, thus removing a lot of unnecessary stress attributed to buying or selling a home. When he is not with clients, Sam enjoys fishing, golfing, yoga and staying fit.
